Who can be a SCOUT ?
Anyone with a good network of professionals can become a SCOUT. However subject knowledge in specific domains can help you understand the requirements which results in better referrals.
Will there be any training provided for sourcing and use of the portal ?
Training will be arranged at the discretion of TalentEx both locally and through webinars. Scouts will be informed by email and through our TalentEx community page on facebook. You can also request for the same through our SCOUT support.
Is there any time or geographical restriction for being a scout ?
A good personal knowledge about the candidate will result in effective completion of the recruitment cycle. There is no restriction in referring candidates sourced by you based on the job description.
Why should I give my bank account details ?
Providing accurate bank details is essential in processing payments smoothly. TalentEx or its representatives cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting in wrong bank details provided by you. No pay-outs will be made until the bank account details are duly filled.
How do I track referrals ?
The status of every referral can be monitored through the information provided in the SCOUT dashboard. There might be specific emails sent every time a major change happens in your referral.
